Deliveries
A delivery bay will be provided off street to allow for deliveries to both the new homes and the commercial unit. A loading bay is also provided on street for maintenance vehicles, residential and commercial deliveries.

A total of three blue badge bays will be provided on street. The applicant shares the London Borough of Hounslow’s ambition of promoting sustainable travel, through the provision of cycle storage, which is detailed below. The site benefits from excellent local transport links.
Cycle storage
Residential cycle stores are accessed via the main residential entrance ensuring safety for users and will be in line with London Plan requirements.
Emergency Access
Emergency vehicles can access the site via Bedfont Lane.
Bin store
A level access bin and recycling store has been provided to the front of the site. The commercial unit has a separate refuse store accessed from Bedfont Lane.
Servicing to commercial unit
A delivery bay is being provided off-street which can be utilised by the commercial unit.
