Layout and floor plans

Here we can see how the ground floor might look. The ground floor will feature the commercial unit, cycle and bin store. The footpath is increased from 1.5m wide to 3m wide. There is a minimum 2.1m high boundary fence and the separation distance between building lines of a minimum of 18m provides an increased area for street trees and planting. Next, we can see how the first floor might look, this will have six homes, of which two will be one-bedroom, two will be two-bedrooms and two will be three-bedrooms. Each of the homes will have their own balcony or terrace area.

We can now see how the second to fifth floors might look. This will have seven homes, of which two will be one-bedroom, three will be two-bedrooms (one will be wheelchair accessible) and two will be three-bedrooms and all will have their own private balcony. Next to that, the proposed sixth and seventh floors are shown. Of the eight homes, four of the homes will be one-bedroom and four will be two-bedrooms.

Next, we can see the eighth-floor plan, unlike the floors below, this will have five homes, of which one will be one-bedroom and four will be two-bedrooms, all with their own private balcony space. The eighth floor will also have approximately 138.8 sqm2 of south facing communal amenity space with a quiet seating area. Then, the ninth to eleventh floors will have six homes, of which four will be one-bedroom and two will be two-bedrooms.
